The Local Method BadgeA Useful Exercise In Market Leadership – 20 Questions

In this episode we start off by digging a little deeper into what a Market Leader is. There is a two part exercise we go through together that will put you ahead of your competition right from the get go. It’s simply because they haven’t taken the time to sit down and do this.

When you really put in the effort to complete this process honestly two things will happen:

  1. You will gain a deeper understanding of what your clients/customers are looking for
  2. You discover some common characteristics of the clients/customers you really love working with.

More Answers To Important Questions

I also talk about a free service called Yahoo Answers that helps you find out what your customers are asking regarding any subject but more importantly, what they are asking about your business. By looking around this site you will learn a lot about your customers and what you need to help them with. Do this and prosper. You will also be able to compare some of your answers from the 20 Questions above.

A Tale Of Email Fail {Small Rant}

Having an email list for your business is one of the most important Internet Marketing take-aways you can have. There is so much to say about it that I will be doing an entire show on it in the future.

In the meantime have a listen to a real life example of “Email Fail”. Please make sure you aren’t making these mistakes ok? Seriously. We talk about how to start using email properly with the use of an Auto-responder. I talk about the many benefits of the service I use called Aweber (Affiliate).

Getting And Keeping Inspiration

We all get our ideas and our creativity from different places. I talk about when I usually get my ideas and some of the tools I use to keep those ideas alive.

Check out Evernote and Wunderlist. They are free tools that work great to make sure your next big idea doesn’t fade away like a one hit wonder. (Do you remember the group Ah-Ha?)
