A Useful Exercise In Market Leadership – 20 Questions
In this episode we start off by digging a little deeper into what a Market Leader is. There is a two part exercise we go through together that will put you ahead of your competition right from the get go. It’s simply because they haven’t taken the time to sit down and do this.
When you really put in the effort to complete this process honestly two things will happen:
- You will gain a deeper understanding of what your clients/customers are looking for
- You discover some common characteristics of the clients/customers you really love working with.

I also talk about a free service called Yahoo Answers that helps you find out what your customers are asking regarding any subject but more importantly, what they are asking about your business. By looking around this site you will learn a lot about your customers and what you need to help them with. Do this and prosper. Having an email list for your business is one of the most important Internet Marketing take-aways you can have. There is so much to say about it that I will be doing an entire show on it in the future.
